Opportunity
Menlo Club is a subscription service for men's clothing. Each package contains over $100 worth of apparel and members also receive exclusive perks and access to an online community. Each season, subscribers are sent a box with 3 core pieces of clothing and the option to add up to 15 additional products. The client wanted to create a sense of "FOMO" (fear of missing out) for non-members by making certain products only available to logged-in members and offering a preview of the upcoming season. The overall goal was to design a visually appealing website and user experience that is both convenient and personalized for each customer.
Solution
With the assistance of Mini BC, a comprehensive subscription service was created where members can easily update their boxes, add new products, and check out. A new style guide was created to reflect the bespoke style of the brand.
Pre-Season, Core Capsule, & Add Ons
Members are able to preview their upcoming box before it is shipped. Once the season opens, Add-ons are available to purchase to complete their outfits directly from the add-ons page using MiniBC.
Sign Up
Users select their sizes upon sign-up. This feature allows members to pre-select and save their sizes so they are only shown items in their specific size.
